A 5-year-old male child presented with recurrent urinary tract infections and weak urinary stream. Imaging studies confirmed posterior urethral valves with bilateral hydronephrosis. The patient was managed with endoscopic valve ablation and is currently under follow-up. The case is presented for discussion regarding optimal long-term management and follow-up strategy.

Thank you for sharing this case. I agree with the management approach. Regular follow-up with renal function assessment and bladder evaluation is essential to optimize long-term outcomes in such patients.
